1. Nature of the service
NIS2MM provides an indicative self-assessment tool on technology-risk governance at the Board level. The resulting score is informational and indicative. It does not constitute legal advice, a compliance audit, or a guarantee of conformity with NIS2, DORA, or any other regulation.
2. Benchmarks and methodology
The sector benchmarks shown are preliminary, based on expert assessment and public sources. They are not based on audited empirical data or statistically representative samples. They should be interpreted as indicative references, not as verified market standards.
3. Intellectual property
The scoring methodology, assessment questions, calculation algorithms, and dimension structure are the intellectual property of NIS2MM. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without express authorization is prohibited.
4. Free service (Tier 0)
Use of the Tier 0 assessment service is free and without commitment. No registration, subscription, or payment information is required. Email is optional and is requested only to send detailed results if the user wishes.
5. Limitation of liability
NIS2MM is not responsible for decisions taken on the basis of assessment results. The tool does not replace specialized professional advice on cybersecurity, regulatory compliance, or corporate governance.
6. Modification of terms
NIS2MM reserves the right to modify these terms of use. Changes will be communicated by updating this page with the new effective date. Continued use of the service after the changes are published implies acceptance of the new terms.
